We are a small team and are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us. One thing we can guarantee is that you will be exposed to every facet of video production. If you are looking to learn as much as you can about video production as rapidly as possible, we are the place for you.
Position Overview:
As an Associate Producer, you will wear many hats. Duties will include assisting with crew staffing, scheduling, production, finances, casting, and post-production. As an Associate Producer, you will provide administrative and creative support for our productions both on and off set.
This position requires a skilled problem solver who can lead a group of people without direction. Film sets can be high-stress environments where an assistant producer needs to bring a level of calmness to the set while also being a leader. An ideal candidate has high emotional intelligence and accomplishes tasks by deploying strong people skills vs. using brute force.
People that will do well in this position are problem solvers who can anticipate the needs of each production and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are someone who, when faced with a complex problem, is excited to find the solution vs. looks to others for the solution.
