Video Production for Corporate Events

Have you considered utilizing a video production company to help capture your corporate event? Event videography is a great tool to enhance your conference. It not only entices potential attendees but also highlights your company's achievements and showcases what your event has to offer. A well-crafted corporate video provides a genuine glimpse into the atmosphere of your corporate conference, helping potential attendees see exactly why they should join.

Additionally, hiring a video production company can be invaluable for recapping a memorable day of celebrating your company and its team. This year we’ve been lucky to partner with ImageTrend and NetSPI to help capture two fun events. With ImageTrend being a two-day conference with an awards dinner, and for NetSPI’s EKO employee kickoff event.

Types of Corporate Event Videos

Promotional videos are designed to generate excitement and anticipation for an upcoming event. These videos can include teaser clips, speaker introductions, and highlights from previous events. By sharing these on social media, email campaigns, and the company’s website, businesses can boost registration, attendance, and potential clients/employees.

Live Streams

Live streaming allows companies to extend their event’s reach to remote participants who cannot attend in person. This can be particularly beneficial for global companies with geographically dispersed employees and clients. Live streams can include:

  • Keynote Speeches

  • Panel Discussions

  • Year-End Recaps

  • Real-time Q&A sessions

High-quality live streaming requires reliable technology and a professional team to ensure a smooth broadcast, keeping remote attendees engaged and connected to the event as it unfolds. At Visual Captive, it’s common for us to do livestreams revolving around year-end reports, and keynote events for employees that live out of state from their company.

Recap Videos

Recap videos provide a concise and engaging summary of the event’s most memorable moments. These videos typically feature highlights from:

  • Speeches

  • Panel discussions

  • Workshops

  • Networking sessions.

Recap videos are perfect for sharing on social media and the company’s website to showcase the event’s success and maintain momentum. They also serve as a valuable resource for attendees to revisit key points and for those who couldn’t attend to get a sense of what they missed.

Our recent shoots with ImageTrend and NetSPI were both lively events to capture. The exciting aspect of corporate video for events is capturing the energy and enthusiasm of attendees. A lot of the time these events are great for employees to get to catch up with one another, network with colleagues, and learn at the events that offer keynote speakers and breakout sessions for in-person education.

We never know what atmosphere we’re walking into when being brought on to film these events but we’re always excited when we get to capture genuine moments of excitement. As a video production company, our primary goal is to document all the event’s highlights and showcase the vibrant energy it generates. We aim to provide viewers with a glimpse into the positive and dynamic atmosphere that these events bring.

Testimonial Videos

Testimonial videos capture the genuine reactions and experiences of event attendees. Testimonials are powerful tools for building credibility and trust, as they offer social proof of the event’s effectiveness. Sharing these videos can encourage future participation and enhance the company’s reputation.

During our shoot with ImageTrend, we scheduled the second day specifically for capturing testimonials. This approach enabled us to gather a diverse range of stories from clients actively using ImageTrend products, each sharing their positive experiences. Hearing firsthand how ImageTrend’s products have positively impacted clients in the field made the event even more meaningful.
